A man was injured after being hit by a taxi west of the Las Vegas Strip Monday afternoon.
As per the initial information, the auto-pedestrian accident took place at about 12:15 p.m. Jan. 10 at the intersection of Flamingo and Arville, close to the Palms Casino. The early reports indicated that the injuries sustained by the pedestrian do not appear to be serious.
The events that have led up to the crash remain unknown at this time. It is also unclear if the driver involved remained at the scene or not after the collision. The southeast corner of Flamingo and Arville was shut down during the investigation. No other details are available.
