On Saturday morning, a man suffered major injuries after being thrown from his vehicle in a single-vehicle Binghampton crash.

The incident took place on Summer Avenue near North Merton Street at about 7:45 a.m. According to the reports, a vehicle hit a pole as a result of which one man was ejected. On arrival, emergency crews transported the victim to the hospital in critical condition.
