90-Year-Old Phillip Raby Killed In A Multi-Vehicle Accident In Albuquerque (Albuquerque, NM)

In northwest Albuquerque, a fatal crash involving a Rail Runner train and a vehicle is under investigation by the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office. The collision occurred on eastbound Osuna between 2nd Street and Edith Boulevard.

It resulted in the train striking the vehicle on the driver’s side. The driver, identified as Phillip Raby, 90, of Albuquerque, tragically lost his life in the incident. Thankfully, no other injuries were reported.

Despite the closure of eastbound Osuna for investigation purposes, alcohol has been ruled out as a factor in the crash. New Mexico State Police are leading the investigation into this fatal multi-vehicle accident.
