On Saturday morning, 57-year-old Barry Miles lost his life following a single-vehicle accident in Columbus.
As per the initial information, the fatal incident took place on Wickham Drive. The preliminary investigation revealed that Barry Miles was going left on the road when his vehicle struck a tree on Wickham Drive for reasons that are yet to be known.
Miles suffered major injuries and was declared dead a little before 8 a.m. at Piedmont Columbus Regional Midtown. The coroner’s office mentioned that no autopsy will be conducted, but blood samples were submitted for a toxicology report.
The cause of the deadly crash is under investigation.
