On Thursday evening, one person was killed while another suffered injuries following a collision near a gas station in Conyers.
As per the initial information, the fatal auto-pedestrian crash took place at a Chevron gas station. The preliminary investigation showed that the driver possibly experienced a medical episode and struck a pedestrian at a Chevron gas station.
On arrival, emergency crews took the driver to a hospital for treatment. The pedestrian was declared dead at the scene by the officials. The identity of the deceased will be revealed once the next of kin is notified. No other details are immediately available.
The incident remains under investigation.
