Delaware State Police have identified 68-year-old Michael Smith, of Portsmouth, Virginia, as the man who died in the fatal crash in Lincoln on Friday. The Delaware State Police Troop 7 Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate this crash. Troopers ask anyone who witnessed the crash or has relevant information to contact Master Corporal K. Argo at (302) 703-3264.
