TRAFFIC ALERT: Crash blocks busy commuting road
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – A busy road commonly used by commuters was blocked after a crash. According to the Lexington Police Department, all inbound lanes of Alumni Drive at New Circle Road were closed for a three-car crash around 6:15 this morning. Traffic was diverted to the inner loop of New Circle Road, but the roadway has since reopened. Police say the driver of one of the cars was taken to the hospital for minor injuries.
