State Police Investigating Fatal Golf Car Crash in Long Neck
Delaware State Police are investigating a fatal crash involving a golf cart that occurred Sunday evening in the Pot-Nets Bayside community. On September 14, 2025, at approximately 7:00 p.m., a Venom EV Golf Cart was traveling north on Piney Crest Lane when the front passenger from the golf cart fell and was critically injured. Although the golf cart did not strike another object and sustained no damage, the incident is being investigated by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit as a fatal crash.
