Pedestrian killed in Lexington crash; driver arrested
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – A pedestrian was killed in an overnight crash in Lexington. Scene on Liberty Road(WKYT) The Lexington Police Department tells WKYT that they were called around 10:45 Tuesday night to Liberty Road at Burkewood Drive after a car hit a pedestrian. The pedestrian ended up dying from his injuries. That person’s name has not yet been released. The road was closed for several hours overnight, but has since reopened.
