LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – A National Transportation Safety Board member who led the investigation into the Louisville UPS plane crash said he was fired by the Trump administration. Todd Inman reported he was “terminated effective immediately” Friday, March 6, without a reason for his firing, according to the Associated Press.
