Man sentenced to 11 years in deadly Madison Co. crash
MADISON COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) – Curtis Jackson of Berea was sentenced to 11 years in prison for a crash that killed a motorcyclist in Madison County. The crash happened in February 2024 on Mt. Vernon Road/US-25. Kentucky State Police said Jackson’s pickup truck turned from Slate Lick Road onto Mt. Vernon Road, crossing into the path of a motorcycle driven by 25-year-old Jeffrey Crowe of Berea. Crowe was pronounced dead at the scene by the Madison County coroner. Jackson received the sentence for second degree manslaughter, along with drug, DUI, and traffic charges. Copyright 2024 WKYT. All rights reserved.
