RICHMOND, Ky. (WKYT) — A Richmond man is facing multiple charges after police say he caused a high-speed crash that injured several people. Martin Bypass on October 4 when he ran a red light and struck a minivan at the Merrick Drive intersection. Cory Cooper(Madison Co.
