Family of Ky. teen hit, killed by school bus sues driver
WINCHESTER, Ky. (WKYT) — The family of a Clark County student killed in a school bus crash has filed a lawsuit against the driver. McKenna Letcher, 15, was hit by a school bus on Veterans Memorial Parkway in September 2024. She died at the scene. MORE The coroner said Letcher was trying to cross Veterans Memorial Parkway when she was hit by the bus. The bus was full of other students on their way to school when the incident happened.
