Busy Ky. parkway back open after crash
WINCHESTER, Ky. (WKYT) – UPDATE: The road has since reopened. An overturned tractor-trailer in Winchester has closed a busy Kentucky parkway. The Winchester Police Department says Mountain Parkway Eastbound from I-64 to Exit 10 is closed for the crash, which they say happened at the 8-mile marker.
