A 62-year-old Ava woman suffered moderate injuries in a single-vehicle crash involving a dump truck on County Road 210 east of Ava, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash was reported at 2 p.m. on July 20, 2026, about eight miles east of Ava in Douglas County, the Patrol's online crash report states. The vehicle involved was a 1987 Kenworth dump truck traveling northeast at the time of the crash, according to the preliminary report.

The driver, an Ava resident, was the only person involved in the crash and was reported to have sustained moderate injuries, the Patrol said. Troop G responded to the scene under incident number 260305372.
