A driver suffered serious injuries after a single-vehicle crash late on Aug. 27 west of Wheaton, Missouri, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred around 11:30 p.m. on Highway A, about one mile west of Wheaton in Newton County, per the Highway Patrol's online crash report. Troopers said a 2014 Subaru Forester was traveling eastbound at the time of the crash.
The driver was transported to a hospital for treatment of serious injuries, the Highway Patrol reported. No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
The incident is being investigated by Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop D, which assigned the case crash report number 260364196.
