A 55-year-old Vulcan, Missouri, man suffered moderate injuries after a single-vehicle crash involving an all-terrain vehicle on MO 143 south of Des Arc, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred the evening of September 2, 2026, about half a mile south of Des Arc in Iron County, the Patrol said. The driver was operating a 2008 Honda 700XX ATV northbound at the time of the incident.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report, only one vehicle was involved in the crash. The driver, the sole occupant listed, sustained moderate injuries, the report states.

Troop E, the Patrol division covering southeast Missouri, responded to the scene. The incident was logged under report number 260373488.
