A 72-year-old woman from Pacific, Missouri, suffered moderate injuries in a single-vehicle crash on MO-49 about five miles north of Annapolis, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred at 12:25 p.m. on September 21, 2026, in Iron County, within the jurisdiction of Troop E, the Patrol's online crash report shows.
Investigators said the driver was operating a 2019 Dodge 1500 pickup traveling southbound on MO-49 at the time of the crash, identified in Patrol records as incident number 260402971. No other vehicles were reported involved.
The driver was transported to a medical facility for treatment of her injuries, according to the Highway Patrol. No fatalities were reported in connection with the crash.
