A crash between two vehicles south of Advance left one driver with minor injuries on the morning of Sept. 18, according to a preliminary report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop E.

The collision occurred on County Road 223, about six miles south of Advance, at approximately 7:15 a.m., the patrol said. A 2021 Kia Telluride was traveling northbound while a 1991 Dodge 250 was headed southbound when the two vehicles collided, per the report.

A 37-year-old woman from Advance sustained minor injuries in the crash and was transported for medical treatment, the patrol said. No other injuries were reported, and the crash involved no fatalities.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol is handling the investigation, identified in its records under crash incident number 260398037.
