A crash between a pickup truck and a trash truck left one driver with minor injuries on County Road 461 at County Road 452, about two miles west of Steele, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report.
The collision occurred the morning of Aug. 11, 2026, at approximately 9:00 a.m., the Patrol reported. A 2008 Chevrolet 2500 was traveling northbound on County Road 461 when it was involved in a crash with a 2025 Freightliner trash truck heading westbound at the intersection, per the Patrol's report.
