A motorcycle crash on Missouri Route 5 just south of Brumback Road left two people with serious injuries Saturday evening, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The patrol said the crash occurred at approximately 7:10 p.m. in Cooper County, involving a single motorcycle traveling southbound at the time.
The riders were identified as a 68-year-old man and a 63-year-old woman, both from Jefferson City. KMIZ reported that both sustained serious injuries in the crash.
No other vehicles were reported to be involved, and the incident remains under investigation by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
