A crash on US-36 just south of Laclede left two people injured, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The patrol says the collision occurred at 4:17 p.m. on July 27, 2026, about 0.1 miles south of Laclede in Linn County, within Troop B's jurisdiction. Investigators reported that a 2014 Ford Flex was traveling southbound when it was involved in a crash with a 2027 Mack tractor heading westbound.

A juvenile driver sustained serious injuries in the crash and was transported for medical treatment, the Highway Patrol said. A 62-year-old man from Keokuk, Iowa, sustained minor injuries and was also taken for treatment, according to the patrol's report.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol is handling the investigation into the crash, identified in state records as incident number 260316967.
