A driver suffered moderate injuries in a single-vehicle crash on US 36 at the west edge of Brookfield, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report.

The Patrol reported that the crash occurred at 10:50 p.m. on September 2, 2026, in Linn County. A 2025 Toyota Sienna was traveling westbound on US 36 when the vehicle was involved in the crash, the Patrol said.
