A two-vehicle crash on MO-J at the 113 exit ramp in Laclede County left two people with moderate injuries on Aug. 23, 2026, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report.
The patrol said the collision occurred at 4:25 p.m. and involved a 2000 Ford F150 traveling northbound and a 2017 GMC Acadia traveling eastbound. Troop I responded to the scene.
Among those hurt were a juvenile occupant and a 48-year-old woman from Conway, Missouri, both of whom sustained moderate injuries and were transported for medical treatment, the patrol reported.
No fatalities were reported in the crash. Further details about the circumstances leading up to the collision have not been released.
