A driver suffered serious injuries early Saturday morning in a single-vehicle crash on Highway 64 about three miles west of Lebanon, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash, recorded as incident 260389434, happened around 3:30 a.m. and involved a 2007 Honda Ridgeline that was traveling eastbound at the time, the Patrol said in its online crash report.

The driver, whose identity has not been released, was transported for medical treatment following the crash, according to the Patrol. No additional occupants were reported involved.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol's Troop I is handling the investigation into the crash.
