Two men were injured after a pickup truck left the roadway on 230th Street near Jasmine Road, about two miles north of Maryville, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report.

The patrol said a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado was traveling eastbound when the crash occurred on the evening of July 4, 2026, at approximately 6:51 p.m. in Nodaway County.

A 19-year-old man from Frakes, Kentucky, who was driving the vehicle, sustained minor injuries, the Highway Patrol reported. A 32-year-old man from Red Oak, Iowa, who was riding as a passenger, suffered moderate injuries. Both men were transported for medical treatment following the crash.
