Three people were transported for medical treatment following a two-vehicle crash on MO-116 near Polo, according to a preliminary online crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The collision occurred at approximately 10:30 p.m. on July 3, 2026, on eastbound MO-116 just west of RT-T, roughly two miles west of Polo, the Patrol's report states.

Three occupants were injured in the collision, per the report. A juvenile passenger sustained minor injuries and was transported for treatment. A 44-year-old male driver from Lathrop, Missouri, sustained moderate injuries and was also transported. A 45-year-old female driver from Ludlow, Missouri, sustained minor injuries and received medical transport as well.
