Three people were injured in a two-vehicle crash south of Portageville on East Outer Road, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report. The collision occurred the afternoon of Oct. 13, 2026, about three miles south of Portageville in Pemiscot County.
Patrol records indicate a 2017 Honda Civic and a 2005 Kenworth truck hauling a cotton module were both traveling southbound when the crash took place.
A 19-year-old female driver from Hayti sustained serious injuries in the collision, the Highway Patrol said. Two juvenile occupants suffered minor injuries and were transported for medical treatment, according to the patrol's preliminary report.
No fatalities were reported in the crash. The Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop E, is investigating the incident, which was logged as crash number 260435877.
