A 66-year-old St. Charles man suffered serious injuries in a single-vehicle crash on Sunday, July 5, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred at approximately 5:55 p.m. on eastbound MO-B, just west of New Town Blvd in St. Charles County, per the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report. The patrol's Troop C has jurisdiction over the area.

Authorities said the driver was operating a 2009 Mercedes Benz CLK-350 traveling southbound when the crash occurred. No other vehicles were reported involved.

The driver sustained serious injuries and was transported for medical treatment, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported. No fatalities were reported in connection with the crash.
