A single-vehicle crash on eastbound Interstate 70 at Lake St. Louis Boulevard left a juvenile driver with moderate injuries, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's preliminary online crash report.

The crash occurred the morning of Oct. 5, 2026, in St. Charles County and involved a 2013 Hyundai Sonata traveling eastbound, the Patrol reported. The juvenile driver was transported for medical treatment following the collision, authorities said.

No other vehicles were reported involved, and no fatalities resulted from the crash, according to the Patrol's report.
