Two women were hurt when their vehicles collided at the intersection of southbound US-61 and Dietrich Road in St. Charles County on October 4, 2026, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash, logged by Troop C as incident 260422365, occurred around 4:24 p.m. and involved a 2024 Volkswagen Atlas heading southbound and a 2020 Buick Encore traveling westbound, the Patrol's online crash report states.
