A single-vehicle crash on I-57 northbound left one person with moderate injuries the morning of July 12, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred around 9:25 a.m. approximately 10 miles north of Charleston in Mississippi County, per the Patrol's preliminary online crash report. The agency's Troop E has jurisdiction over the area.
