Four people were injured, including two juveniles, in a two-vehicle crash on US36 near Osborn, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred August 7, 2026, at approximately 5:30 p.m. on eastbound US36 at Route M, about one mile north of Osborn in Dekalb County, the Patrol's preliminary online crash report states.
According to the report, a 2025 Mazda CX-90 SUV was traveling northbound while a 2025 Nissan Altima was traveling eastbound when the two vehicles collided.
The Patrol reported that a 46-year-old woman from Stewartsville sustained serious injuries in the crash. A 46-year-old man from Florissant, identified as the other driver, suffered moderate injuries. Two juvenile occupants were also hurt, with one sustaining moderate injuries and the other minor injuries. All four were transported for medical treatment, per the Patrol's report.
