Report

A car and a motorcycle collided early Wednesday morning on US-36 at MO-31, about five miles south of Clarksdale, leaving both drivers injured, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol online crash report.

The crash happened at 6:15 a.m. and involved a 2015 Nissan Altima traveling southbound and a 2015 Harley Davidson motorcycle traveling westbound, the report states.

The Altima's driver, a 31-year-old man from Stockton, Missouri, suffered minor injuries and declined transport for medical treatment, the Patrol reported. The motorcycle's rider, a 46-year-old man from Osborn, Missouri, sustained serious injuries and was taken for medical care, according to the same report.

Troop H of the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to the scene and is credited with documenting the incident under report number 260405144.

No fatalities were reported in the two-vehicle crash. Further details on the circumstances leading to the collision have not been released.
