A 72-year-old man from Aquilla, Missouri, died Sunday afternoon following a three-vehicle crash on MO-25 about four miles south of Bloomfield, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred around 12:00 p.m. on August 2, 2026, and involved a 1999 Harley-Davidson motorcycle traveling northbound, a 2019 GMC Acadia traveling southbound, and a second Harley-Davidson, this one a 2003 model, also headed northbound, the Patrol said in a preliminary online crash report.

The 72-year-old male driver sustained fatal injuries in the collision, according to the Patrol. His identity has not been released pending further confirmation.

Troop E of the Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating the crash, which was logged under incident report number 260325410. No information on injuries to the other drivers or passengers involved has been released at this time.
