Two women were seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of MO-MM and Veterans Road in Hannibal on the afternoon of June 26, 2026, according to a preliminary report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred at approximately 3:45 p.m. and involved a 2015 RAM 1500 traveling eastbound and a 2025 Honda CRV traveling northbound, the Patrol said.
A 68-year-old woman from Wesson, Mississippi, who was driving one of the vehicles, sustained serious injuries, as did a 76-year-old woman from Wesson who was a passenger, according to the Patrol's report. Both were transported for medical treatment following the crash.
Light drizzle was falling in the area at the time, according to weather data.
The crash falls under the jurisdiction of Troop B, and the Missouri State Highway Patrol is handling the investigation. No fatalities were reported in connection with the incident.
