Two Norwood Residents Killed in Single-Vehicle Crash in Hartville

Two people from Norwood, Missouri, died following a single-vehicle crash on East Rolla Street in Hartville, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The patrol's online crash report states the wreck happened at 135 East Rolla Street on July 9, 2026, at 11:14 a.m. A 2007 Chevrolet Silverado was traveling westbound at the time, the report says.

An 78-year-old man driving the truck and a 77-year-old woman riding as a passenger both sustained fatal injuries, the Highway Patrol reported. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
