Two juveniles were injured in a two-vehicle crash on Route B about two miles west of Purdy, Missouri, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.

The crash occurred the night of July 3, 2026, at approximately 9:20 p.m., according to a preliminary online crash report from the Patrol, identified as incident 260278722. Troop D responded to the scene.

According to the report, a 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander was traveling westbound on Route B when it was involved in a collision with a 2016 Ford F-150 traveling eastbound.

Authorities said a juvenile occupant sustained serious injuries and was transported for medical treatment. A juvenile driver involved in the crash sustained moderate injuries and was also transported for treatment, per the Patrol's report.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating the crash. No fatalities were reported.
