A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries in a single-vehicle crash on Farm Road 1102 east of Butterfield, according to a preliminary report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash happened at approximately 5:15 p.m. on August 10, 2026, about two miles east of Butterfield in Barry County, the Patrol's online crash report states.

According to the report, a 2000 Yamaha XV1600 was traveling westbound on Farm Road 1102 when the crash occurred. The driver, a 34-year-old man from Anderson, Missouri, sustained serious injuries, the Patrol said.
