Two people were injured Sunday afternoon when a pickup truck and a sedan collided on US-61 about three miles north of New London, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The Patrol said the crash, logged as incident 260269134, occurred at 3:27 p.m. on June 28, 2026, in Ralls County. Troopers with Troop B responded to the scene.

According to the Patrol's preliminary online crash report, a 2023 RAM 1500 and a 2017 Toyota Camry were both traveling northbound on US-61 at the time of the collision.

A 46-year-old woman from New Boston, Illinois, sustained serious injuries in the crash and was transported for medical treatment, the Patrol reported. A 55-year-old man from Hannibal, Missouri, suffered minor injuries and was also taken for treatment.
