Two women were injured in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of US-54 and Route NN in Pike County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol online crash report.
The crash occurred at 10:43 a.m. on Aug. 4, 2026, the Patrol said. A 2027 Peterbilt 579 traveling eastbound collided with a 2014 Ford Escape traveling northbound, according to the crash report.
The driver of the Ford Escape, a 77-year-old woman from Clarksville, Missouri, sustained moderate injuries and was transported for medical treatment, the Patrol reported. An 85-year-old woman from Annanda, Missouri, who was riding in the vehicle, suffered minor injuries and was also taken for treatment, according to the report.
The crash was investigated by Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop C under incident number 260328328.
