Three people were injured in a two-vehicle crash on US-54 east of MO-UU in Pike County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report.

The crash occurred on Aug. 23, 2026, at approximately 10:30 a.m., the Patrol said. Investigators reported that a 2005 Jeep Wrangler was traveling westbound when it collided with an eastbound 2025 Ford Escape.

According to the Patrol, two juvenile occupants suffered minor injuries and were transported for medical treatment. A 28-year-old woman from Wellsville, Missouri, also sustained minor injuries and was taken to a hospital for care, the report states.

Troop C of the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to and investigated the crash. No fatalities were reported in connection with the incident.
