Two drivers were injured in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 63 about four miles north of Kirksville, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report. The collision was reported at 5:40 a.m. on July 14, 2026.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe was traveling northbound when it was involved in a crash with a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado traveling southbound.

The patrol reported that an 18-year-old male driver from Kirksville sustained moderate injuries and was transported for medical treatment. A 74-year-old male driver from Greentop sustained serious injuries and was also transported for treatment, the report states.
