Three people were injured in a two-vehicle crash on MO-6 about four miles west of Kirksville, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's preliminary crash report. The crash was reported at 12:40 p.m. on September 12, 2026.
According to the patrol, a 2016 Chevrolet Traverse and a 2024 Ford F250 were both traveling westbound on MO-6 when the crash occurred.
The patrol reported that a 28-year-old female occupant and a 30-year-old female driver each sustained moderate injuries and were transported for medical treatment. A 31-year-old male driver sustained serious injuries and was also transported for treatment, the patrol said.
No fatalities were reported in connection with the crash. The Missouri State Highway Patrol, operating under Troop B jurisdiction, is investigating the incident, identified in patrol records as crash number 260389900.
