A crash involving three vehicles left two people injured on southbound Interstate 270 north of Olive Boulevard in St. Louis County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report. The patrol says the collision occurred at approximately 6:45 p.m. on July 7, 2026.
According to the highway patrol, the vehicles involved were a 2015 Ford F750, a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado, and a 2006 International MA025, all traveling southbound at the time of the crash.
Two pedestrians were injured in the incident, the patrol reported. A 36-year-old man from Barnhart, Missouri, sustained moderate injuries and was transported for medical treatment. A 39-year-old man from St. Louis sustained serious injuries and was also taken for medical care.
Light drizzle was falling in the area at the time of the crash, according to weather data.
Troopers with Troop C responded to the scene and are handling the investigation, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
