An 18-year-old woman from Kansas City sustained minor injuries Saturday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash on westbound I-435 near mile marker 39.2 in Platte County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The patrol's preliminary crash report states the collision happened around 3:10 p.m. on October 10, involving a 2010 Acura and a 2025 Chevrolet Equinox, both of which were traveling eastbound at the time.
