A 26-year-old Sikeston woman suffered minor injuries in a single-vehicle crash on RT Z, about half a mile north of Morehouse in Scott County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The patrol's Troop E responded to the crash, which happened on the afternoon of Oct. 19, 2026, at approximately 4:20 p.m. The driver was behind the wheel of a 2014 Toyota Corolla traveling southbound on RT Z at the time of the crash, the Highway Patrol said.

Only one vehicle was involved in the incident, which resulted in one reported injury and no fatalities, per the patrol's preliminary online crash report. The driver was treated for minor injuries, officials said.
