A seven-vehicle crash on southbound Interstate 270 south of MO-370 left three people injured late Sunday night, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred at 10:56 p.m. on June 28, 2026, in St. Louis County, per the Patrol's online crash report. Troop C is handling the investigation.

Seven vehicles were involved: a 2008 Honda Civic, a 2011 Nissan Sentra, a 2023 Dodge Charger, a 2013 Hyundai Sonata and a 2006 Honda Accord, all traveling southbound, along with a 2010 Toyota Tacoma headed northbound and a 2021 Acura TLX traveling southbound, the Patrol said.

Three people were transported for medical treatment following the crash. A 27-year-old man from Ballwin sustained minor injuries, according to the Patrol's report. A 40-year-old man from Foristell suffered moderate injuries, while a 41-year-old man from Saint Charles was treated for minor injuries.

No fatalities were reported in connection with the crash.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol continues to investigate the incident. This report may be updated as officials release additional information.
