A 27-year-old woman from Osceola sustained serious injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Route A about three miles east of Appleton City, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report.
The crash was reported the morning of September 23, 2026, at approximately 7:20 a.m., the Patrol said. Troop D responded to the scene in St Clair County.
According to the preliminary report, a 2020 Toyota Camry was traveling east on Route A when it was involved in a collision with a 2017 Peterbilt 389 traveling west. The female driver of the Camry suffered serious injuries and was transported to a hospital for treatment, the Patrol reported.
