A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries in a single-vehicle crash on Highway 254 west of Galmey, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol online crash report.
The crash happened at 9:25 p.m. on Aug. 22, 2026, about 1.6 miles west of Galmey in Hickory County, the report states. A 2012 Harley-Davidson Sportster was traveling westbound at the time of the crash, according to the patrol.
The driver was transported for medical treatment after sustaining serious injuries, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported. No other vehicles were involved, and no fatalities were reported in connection with the crash.
